A Bit About Me

Welcome! I am so glad we have connected.

Life can be challenging, complex, and beautiful. It is full of the unexpected. As a therapist, I believe in each person’s ability to overcome obstacles, find hope in disappointment, heal their relationships, and create the kind of life they desire. Therapy is a process, and it takes time. I consider it an honor to hold space for my clients and walk alongside of them during their healing journeys. I strive to create a therapeutic connection that is built around safety, acceptance, and trust.

When working with clients, I often think of the quote by Carl Jung, “The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no one recipe for living that suits all cases.” Each person has their own unique path to follow. Therefore, I collaboratively engage with clients to help them identify their personal goals and explore what treatment methods would work best for them.
