Welcome!
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Iowa, and my undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

I specialize in working with individuals who seek relief from Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Grief, and marital/relationship concerns.
​
Using evidence-based approaches through a trauma-informed lens, I incorporate ERP, psychodynamic therapy, the Gottman Method, and aspects of EFT in both individual and couples counseling. I believe that healing isn’t about being pulled out of the darkness by someone above—it’s about someone willing to climb in beside you and help you find the way out together.
