A Bit About Me
My Approach to Therapy

Hello, I’m David, a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, worry and depression, and the search for meaning and purpose. My approach is rooted in unconditional, radical acceptance and empowerment, guided by the conviction that seeking answers to the deepest questions in life is the surest path to peace and self-understanding.

My practice is built on the foundation of Existential Therapy. This deep, meaning-focused framework helps my clients confront the core challenges of life—anxiety, isolation, responsibility, worry, and the search for meaning and purpose—to live a life of greater authenticity and to make contact with our truest self.

To move these existential insights into practical application, I integrate techniques from other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Therapy.
A Personal Note

As an artist, musician, and writer, my clinical perspective is uniquely informed by a lifelong passion for philosophy, psychology and meditation. My work is inspired by a deep appreciation for the wisdom of the great psychologists and a deep concern for the mental health of individuals and societies.

I’m dedicated to creating a collaborative and open space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and move beyond surviving, to flourishing.
