Fun Fact About Me:

I am passionate about Lifestyle Medicine

A Bit About Me

I provide a safe, confidential, and accepting space where you can tell your story. Courage to explore pain and suffering and willingness to be vulnerable are the touchstones to growth, healing and transformation. Together, we acknowledge your resilience, appreciate strengths, identify important values in your life, and plan for change.

I earned my MSW degree from Syracuse University in 1981 and have many years of practice experience in a variety of settings. Additionally, I enjoyed a full-time appointment teaching in an MSW program for 21 years, having recently retired. I am licensed to practice in Illinois and Iowa and see clients in the office and online.
