A Bit About Me
I am currently in my final semester of graduate school, earning a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I come to the counseling field after years of experience in small business, education, and coaching. I take a person-centered, solution-focused approach to counseling and hope to provide a safe and supportive space for you to ask the big questions about meaning, purpose, and how to live a life that brings you meaning and well-being.

Prior to returning to school to pursue counseling, I owned and managed my own sales and marketing business for 24 years, taught Spanish and English language for 10 years, and coached Cross Country and Track and Field in the Quad Cities and Phoenix, AZ for approximately 15 years.
