I started Quad City Psychotherapy in 2017 because I was looking for flexibility, freedom and independence. It wasn't my intention to grow beyond a practice of one, but I met clinicians along the way looking for a place to do their clinical work without having to worry about insurance and practice management issues, and here we are now - a team of 9.

My goal as a practice owner is to create an environment for employees and independent contractors in which they experience the same flexibility, freedom, and independence I sought when going into private practice. For pre-licensed clinicians, I aim to provide a high level of autonomy complemented with clinical support and supervision.
