Fun Fact About Me:
A Bit About Me
I am a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Northwestern University, where I am working toward my Master’s degree, expected in March 2027. I view counseling as a collaborative and empowering relationship grounded in advocacy, prevention, development, and overall wellness. I work from an integrative approach to counseling, thoughtfully incorporating a range of theories and techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I am especially interested in supporting emerging adults and individuals across the lifespan as they navigate personal growth, mental health concerns, and life transitions. I am committed to creating a supportive, affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged in their journey toward self-determination. She looks forward to walking alongside clients as they work toward meaningful goals and lasting well-being.

One of the great things about being in graduate school is that Quad City Psychotherapy allows me to provide free and reduced cost therapy during my internship. If affording therapy is a barrier for you, I can help!
